Shipping Information


SHIPPING INFORMATION

Various options for shipping will be available at the checkout on the online store.  In general the following shipping times will apply.

AUSTRALIA

Standard - Please allow 3 to 7 days including shipping and handling from the date the product is ready to ship (deliveries to NSW, VIC and QLD may take an extra 3 days)

Express - Please allow 1 to 3 days including shipping and handling from the date the product is ready to ship (deliveries NSW, VIC and QLD may take an extra 3 days)

Authority to leave - Please allow 1 to 3 days including shipping and handling from the date the product is ready to ship (deliveries NSW, VIC and QLD may take an extra 3 days)

INTERNATIONAL

Please allow 5-10 days including shipping and handling.

We will notify you when all products are ready for shipping and delivery.


Commissions and Back Order Items

Please note that some products are made to order, including the commission items listed in the store and may incur and additional lead time. Upon ordering your product we will provide you with details regarding the specific lead time or you can get in contact with us and we can provide you with an indication of timing.  Those products that are available directly for purchase in the store will have shorter lead time.

Insurance

We insure each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you.  We require a signature for any goods delivered with the express services, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you.  If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfillment by Guy Eddington Design and transfer of responsibility in the same way.

Faulty Goods

Faulty goods must be returned to us at 378 Stirling Highway, Claremont  within 30 days of purchase with the receipt.  We will assess the goods and offer either a repair, refund, store credit or replacement. Items that show excessive wear and tear or misuse may not be eligible for return at the discretion of Guy Eddington Design Pty Ltd.

Returns/Exchanges

Please refer to our refund policy here.  Guy Eddington Design offer refunds and exchanges within 30 days of purchase.  Return of furniture items are at the cost of the customer unless the product is damaged and is due to the fault of  Guy Eddington Design. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in saleable condition and in the original packaging.

Returns Exemptions

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.  Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.  To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.  

Only regular priced items purchased out of the store may be refunded, unfortunately sale and commission items cannot be refunded.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed.

Replacements

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@guyeddington.com. and send your item to 378 Stirling Highway Claremont 6010 WA.

Shipping Items Back to Guy Eddington Design

To return your product, you should mail your product to 378 Stirling Highway, Claremont 6010 WA. Return of products is at the cost of the customer unless the product is damaged and is due to the fault of Guy Eddington Design. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in saleable condition and in the original packaging with proof of purchase.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for the return of products. Shipping costs are non-refundable for these items.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
